Results Report

Results corresponding to the statistical analysis of the chronic malnutrition (stunting) model for children under 5 years old in the population of Guatemala.

Household consumption data from Guatemala were obtained from the ENCOVI 2014 database. Consumption profiles for each individual were established following the coding of Adult Male Equivalent and the bioavailability of nutrients in foods according to their type of diet.

The nutritional baseline values of the foods were obtained from the INCAP 2014 data.

Sociodemographic data, vaccination profiles, and disease symptomatology were obtained from the SIVESNU 2015 database.
